These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all websites, booking pages, and online services operated by J Kingsman Inc., doing business as Yacht Parties 4 U.

By accessing our websites, submitting a booking request, making a payment, or using any of our yacht party services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to book yacht parties, hire entertainers, or use any services provided by J Kingsman Inc. / Yacht Parties 4 U.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

2. Booking Requests & Payments

Submitting a booking inquiry does not guarantee availability until confirmed by J Kingsman Inc.

Deposits are required to reserve yachts, performers, captains, and entertainment packages. By submitting payment, you authorize J Kingsman Inc. to charge the agreed amount.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event may receive a future booking credit valid for up to one (1) year.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable once the yacht, performers, or transportation is reserved.
• Same-day or short-notice cancellations may result in full forfeiture of the deposit or booking charges.
• J Kingsman Inc. reserves the right to cancel services without refund if clients or guests engage in rude, abusive, violent, or unsafe behavior toward performers, crew, or staff.

4. Event Conduct & Client Responsibilities

Clients and guests must behave respectfully toward all performers, yacht crew, and staff. Harassment, non-consensual touching, illegal activity, or unsafe conditions will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Clients are fully responsible for complying with all yacht rules, marina regulations, local laws, and age requirements at the event location.

5. Independent Contractor Status

All performers, captains, crew, and entertainers are independent contractors of J Kingsman Inc.

6. Non-Solicitation Agreement

Clients agree not to directly solicit, hire, or bypass J Kingsman Inc. to book any performer, captain, or crew member introduced through our services for a period of twelve (12) months.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. J Kingsman Inc. makes no guarantees regarding weather, sea conditions, performer availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse, scrape, spam, or attempt unauthorized access to our websites or booking systems.

9. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive booking-related calls and texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

10. Changes to These Terms

J Kingsman Inc. may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
